1. Service Overview

Lemonpod turns your connected activity into AI-narrated podcast episodes. You can connect third-party tools (for example calendars, GitHub, Todoist, Strava, X, and Last.fm), generate daily and weekly recaps, and listen via RSS-compatible podcast apps or in-product playback.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

If Lemonpod is offered as a beta or early-access product, features may change, be delayed, or be removed.

3. Connected Integrations

You choose which integrations to connect. By connecting an integration, you authorize Lemonpod to access data needed to generate your episodes.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of each third-party service you connect. Lemonpod is not responsible for outages, API changes, or data restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

4. Generated Content

Lemonpod uses AI to generate scripts, narration, and summaries. AI output may contain mistakes or incomplete context. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it.

Subject to these terms, you may use your generated episodes for personal use. Commercial redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, and unauthorized scraping are prohibited unless we provide written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Lemonpod for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with platform performance.
• Upload or connect data you do not have permission to use.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans may include trial periods, recurring billing, and different generation limits by plan. Pricing and feature details are shown on the Lemonpod pricing page.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after a billing cycle starts. You can cancel renewal at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Lemonpod, including features, integrations, and plans, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Lemonpod is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific accuracy of generated output, or compatibility with all third-party integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonpod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Lemonpod at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
